Refund policy
The King’s Abundance LLC wants you to love your jewelry items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, you must return your items in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or credit, you can contact the company at thekingsabundance@gmail.com. If your exchange or credit is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the company immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the company can evaluate the issue and make it right. While The King’s Abundance LLC believes all the items purchased should be handled with care, the items should not just fall apart on you. These items will not withstand abuse and The King’s Abundance LLC will not take responsibility for items damaged because of rough handling. If you experience an issue with one of the items e-mail the company so the item can be replaced or so options can be provided to repair the item.
Exchanges/Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have. When the return is received, you will be notified once the items are inspected and your return accepted, and The King's Abundance LLC will let you know if the exchange or credit is approved. If approved, you will only be able to exchange or be credited for the price you paid during the initial order whether it is the base price or discounted price.
